The 1 May 1929 issue's page cited by discovery sites is an anti-vaccination passage; the OCR of the whole 1929 volume contains no occurrence of 'transfusion'.

Confidence note. Opened the OCR of the 1929 volume; the 1 May 1929 text at that point is about vaccination. Contradicts a jwfacts label that this page 'commended transfusions'; agrees with AJWRB's description (vaccination).
