Wording confirmed in the 1914 bound-volume OCR; the passage lies between the NOVEMBER 1, 1914 and NOVEMBER 15, 1914 issue headers and under Reprints marker 5567, so the issue is confirmed as 1 November 1914 (confirmed by the independent source auditor). The page number (329, standard citation) is not legible in the scan.
