“Men do make a difference, and God's people have to recognize the law of the land when it requires separation with respect to race or color in some countries. But inside the New World society there is no difference and there is no justification for discriminating against brothers because of the color of their skin.”

A study article on overcoming national, language and racial pride. Earlier paragraphs condemn the idea of a master race and cite the 1958 Divine Will assembly, at which "253,922 people of 123 nations lived together in Christian peace and unity". The sentence quoted sets the limit of that principle: obedience to segregation law where it exists.
