La campagne se poursuivait encore en avril 1935, lorsque le magazine a répondu à une annonce indiquant qu'un vendeur d'ustensiles de cuisine s'était engagé, dans le cadre d'une stipulation de la Federal Trade Commission des États-Unis, à cesser d'affirmer que les ustensiles en aluminium provoquent le cancer, en disant qu'il 'will not cease to warn those who are interested in their health that aluminum is injurious to the health in numerous and various ways. There is no question about this whatever.'

The Golden Age, “Not Selling Cooking Utensils”

10 avril 1935 · p.440 · Golden Age Publishing Company, Brooklyn, New York

“The Golden Age does not care what kind of cooking utensils you use. It isn't even concerned if you insist upon using aluminum of any kind. That is your privilege and responsibility. But it will not cease to warn those who are interested in their health that aluminum is injurious to the health in numerous and various ways. There is no question about this whatever.”

An unsigned item under the standing head 'Poisoning Department'. It was written in answer to a notice in Scientific American that the United States Federal Trade Commission had obtained a stipulation from a cookware seller to stop claiming that aluminium utensils cause cancer; the Golden Age reproduces that notice and rejects it.
